Hi all, Kim invited me to try my hand at grannies and I needed to procrastinate on another project, so what better way! I made this little bowl, when the granny square I was playing with didn't really want to stop at being a square.
When the base got to be the size I wanted, I just stopped making the corner increases and worked straight up for the sides. Then I felted it in the washing machine. The kids think it should be a hat.
P.S. The yarn is SWT company's Karaoke--it's 50% Soy Silk, and 50% wool, and is a great felting yarn!

Amy, I simply cannot take credit for all this. First off, the ripple-along is all Dawn; she rocks. Secondly, *everyone* is making the magic happen!
Your bowl is wicked. I'm totally inspired. :)
Super cute/cool!! What an awesome version of felted bowls!!
What a great idea! What yarn did you use?
